1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or practical reasons. Non-returnable items include:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered from their original condition
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase
  • Products without original packaging or missing components
  • Personalized or customized items made specifically for you

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions. Do not send items back without a RAN, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Place the RAN clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed according to the timelines specified in this policy.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product for reasons unrelated to defects or errors, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery of your order without a valid reason, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the original shipping fee and return shipping charges.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

We do not provide cash refunds or refunds via check. All refunds are processed electronically.

5.3 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items that show obvious signs of use or wear
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned without original packaging

If you receive a partial refund, we will notify you of the reason and the amount refunded.

5.4 Refund Exclusions

The following costs are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product)

  • Gift wrapping or special packaging fees
  • Expedited shipping fees

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to initiate an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

To process an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange
  2. Return the original item following the return process outlined in Section 3
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you

If the replacement item has a higher price than the original item, you will be charged the difference. If the replacement item has a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item if the exchange is due to our error or a defective product. Otherwise, standard shipping charges apply.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For defective or damaged items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Provide photographs of the defect or damage
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue

We will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A full refund, including original shipping costs
  • A replacement item shipped at no additional cost
  • A partial refund if you choose to keep the item

We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or damaged items. You are not responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

8. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item (an item that does not match your order), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Please do not use or open the incorrect item, as this may affect our ability to resell it.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the address you provided. If tracking information confirms that your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the delivery
  • Verify the delivery address you provided at checkout
  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  • Contact local authorities if you believe the package was stolen

While we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. In some cases, we may file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

11. Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your order without a valid reason (such as visible damage to the package), you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the original shipping fee and return shipping charges. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you refuse delivery due to visible damage, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

12. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside Ireland, please note the following:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or import duties
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase
  • Processing times may be longer due to international shipping and customs clearance

13. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, restocking fees may apply in the following circumstances:

If a restocking fee applies to your return, we will notify you before processing the refund. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
